computer modelling and rapid prototyping

A wide-ranging service in 3D and 2D computer drawing and modelling in software packages including Form Z, Ashlar Vellum Cobalt, Rhino and Illustrator. Available to support the CAD development tools are prototype creation via Rapid Prototyping (FDM and Z Corp) CNC milling and laser cutting.
Experimental work always welcome, recent projects involve motion capture and reverse engineering technologies.

lecturing, tuition and presentations

Tuition can be one-to-one, small groups or entire college years. Guest lecturing at colleges/university include: Royal College of Art, Central St Martin, Loughborough, Falmouth College of Art, Bath Spa University and the Danish Design School in Copenhagen.

model making

Highest quality modelling and prototyping service based on comprehensive experience in all traditional modelling techniques such as lathe and whirler turning, hand carving and profiling/sledgning. Deveolpment of 'block and case' moulds in plaster, resin or silicone rubber also available. Extensive experience of developing models for all main manufactoring processes including slipcasting, jigger jolly and ram pressing.
